and I don't mean 90 degrees and humid! :DAren't they pretty? I have already used several jalapeños in my recipes and will dry those red guys for use in this winter's chili! So it can be HOT in my kitchen!

- I am a 38 year old professional pet stylist. I'm the mother to an amazing 14YO with disabilities and manage to find a little time to ride my horses and go to the gym. I am a Dave Ramsey nut, so I only buy/do what I can afford. No plastic for me....I have peace and I know that one day people will envy my DEBT FREE self. In the meantime I am on a TIGHT (like corsette tight) budget. I am also a horse mom, so they get a SIGNFICANT chunk of my budget. I dare not contemplate whether they get MORE than me.

Your peppers look beautiful. I didn't plant nearly as many hot peppers this summer as I would have liked. Next year!

If you grew any poblanos, they are wonderful roasted on the grill and eaten with chicken,pork or beef.
