Aren't they pretty? I have already used several jalapeƱos in my recipes and will dry those red guys for use in this winter's chili! So it can be HOT in my kitchen!

I am a 38 year old professional pet stylist. I'm the mother to an amazing 14YO with disabilities and manage to find a little time to ride my horses and go to the gym. I am a Dave Ramsey nut, so I only buy/do what I can afford. No plastic for me....I have peace and I know that one day people will envy my DEBT FREE self. In the meantime I am on a TIGHT (like corsette tight) budget. I am also a horse mom, so they get a SIGNFICANT chunk of my budget. I dare not contemplate whether they get MORE than me.
As we blog and read about decorating I feel we should all take a moment to bathe in the BLESSING that is our home.
Whether you are living with a friend, living in an apartment, live in a house that is less than ideal, live in your starter home or have the 'dream' home. Take a moment EACH day to remember we are blessed to have homes. Many of us have 'outbuildings' that would be palacial to some people. I will never forget the image in my mind the day I opened my shed and pictured (clear as day) a family huddled there.
Share your blessings! Give time, prayers, love, cast off items and even money as generously as you can.

Your peppers look beautiful. I didn't plant nearly as many hot peppers this summer as I would have liked. Next year!
Next year for me, too. I've had to say Next Year for so many things in the garden.

Wouldn't that photo look great blown up as a poster?
If you grew any poblanos, they are wonderful roasted on the grill and eaten with chicken, pork or beef.
Oh, those colors are so beautiful. Sure looks like fall on your blog.
